T3's bootcamps focus on high intensity interval training. It mixes muscle strengthening and cardio exercises in an hour long quick pace format. Our bootcamps are tailored with variations to accommodate a variety of fitness levels and provide a safe challenge for all in attendance. Bootcamps provide the ultimate in well rounded full body workouts.
T3 offers a variety of personal training options as well. Beginner or advanced fitness junkies will find themselves motivated and challenged. An acute eye for proper technique and on point focus to individual needs is a priority for T3's trainers. T3 strives to maintain the safety of proper form which offers the largest strength growth and least risk for injury. Personalized sessions will accelerate your ability to meet all your fitness goals. Personal training time also allows for sport specific training.
